Total overall budget is unique to each couple and determined by guest count, vendor choice, personal preferences.

A high and low SAMPLE RANGE for each main category is as follows:

Catering: $110 - $350 per person (including food, bar & service)

Rentals (flatware, glassware, etc): $35- $85 per person

Florals: $4,000 - $15,000

Photography: $5,000 - $12,000

DJ: $3,000 - $8,000

Planning: $2,500 - $12,000

Transportation: $2,500 - $5,000

Event insurance: $250 - $350

Are there places close to HH for my guests to stay?

Yes, there are plenty of lodging options within 5-30 min of HH; hotels, motels, cabins, inns, Airbnbs and two large resorts.

Do you have a noise ordinance or curfew?

We do not have a noise ordinance. We have a 12am curfew for guests not staying onsite.
